Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 7-10 business days, depending on the location.
Shipping Charges: Shipping is chargeable on all orders. Customers must pay the shipping fee based on their order weight and delivery location.

International Shipping

Processing Time: International orders are processed within 4-7 business days.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time varies between 25-30 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges vary based on the country and order weight. The exact cost will be calculated and shared with the customer once the order is confirmed.
Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.

Order Process Flow

Order Confirmation: Once we receive confirmation from the customer, the order is processed.
Product Preparation: We collect and prepare the Rakhis as per the confirmed order.
Final Invoice: Once the shipment is ready, we will send the final invoice to the customer.
Payment Processing: After receiving the payment as per the agreed terms and conditions, we proceed with the shipping.
Order Dispatch: The parcel is shipped to the customer, and tracking details are provided.

Return & Refund Policy

At Kavya Rakhi, we ensure the best quality products and packaging. However, in rare cases, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to assist you.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect products received.
The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To initiate a return, email us at info@kavyarakhi.com with your order details and product images.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for damaged or incorrect products.
The replacement product will be shipped within 5-7 business days after approval.
